Allan B. Rappleyea sits down with Karen Maserjian Shan of the Poughkeepsie Journal to discuss the importance of creating pet trusts. Allan has executed the Boyd Pets Adoptions Project which focuses on providing “seed money” to the DCSPCA in order to allow the SPCA to properly care for animals in the event that their pet does not have alternative placement.
