Michael G. Gartland specializes in banking and real estate transactions.

Michael has broad based experience representing banks, mortgage companies, and businesses in connection with all aspects of banking law and financial services. This includes commercial lending, structuring and financing of debt, loan workouts, and foreclosures while representing both residential and commercial clients on a local and national level. Michael also represents creditors in consumer loan collection.

In addition, Michael assists real estate developers and individual purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions and financings, as well as matters including zoning, commercial leasing, title insurance, and title disputes.

Michael is co-trustee of the James J. McCann Charitable Trust, vice president of the McCann Foundation, Inc., member of the Board of Trustees of Marist College, and Charlotte Cunneen-Hackett Charitable Trust.
